House Call Information:

We have 8 Phlebotomists traveling 5 days a week to
Allegheny, Armstrong, Fayette, Washington, and
Westmoreland Counties.

We Accept the following Insurance:
Medicare, any Blue Cross/Shield Product, including
Keystone, Security, PPO, etc., Gateway Medicare
Insured, UMW, and Aetna Medicare, etc.

We DO NOT Accept UPMC, Aetna US Healthcare,
Health Assurance, Advantra, United Healtcare.
We are not providers for these Insurances.

Please contact your Physician, if you are considered
HomeBound, to help set up a HouseCall for you. We
will need a Script and a Demographic Sheet from him.
We call the night before to let you know when
we are coming.

Each and Every Patient is given Individualized
Attention in collecting, processing and delivering
results to your Doctor.
