We Do NOT Accept UPMC, Aetna US Healthcare,
Health Assurance, Advantra, United Healtcare.
We are not providers for these Insurances.

Un-Insured Patients are billed in-house.

We have 8 Phlebotomists traveling 5 days a week to
Allegheny, Armstrong, Fayette, Washington, and
Westmoreland Counties.

will need a Script and a Demographic Sheet from him.
